It should be on three.
Where did you buy it from?
I bought it on-line as an upgrade to my current package.
And your “old” license was for three PC’s as well?
No,
I didn't have 360 before. I upgraded and when I did it said I could use it on up to 3 computers.
Did you try to contact support?
Yes,
But when I used the website, it gave me a form to print out and mail. Is there a phone number?
There are 2 aspects to the product’s license: the duration of the subscription, and the number of activations. From the sound of it, it seems that you have exceeded the NUMBER of activations with this key. This is not because you’ve installed it on too many computers, but you’ve had to re-activate the product more than 3 times in total. Is this correct? If so, I would recommend that you open Help & Support in your Norton 360 product, and chat with our Customer Support team to get the activation count reset. Please let me know if this is not the case, or if our Customer Support team was not able to help. Thanks!
I will try it, but I have only activated it on two PCs. On the first one I only activated it once. On the second one, I have tried to reactivate it multiple times, but why didn’t it stick the first time?
Without knowing exactly what process you took to reactivate, it’s hard to know why the count didn’t show as exceeded. I would recommend contacting our Customer Support team to resolve this for you. Thanks!
