I am still on version 2.0.0.242 after using the Norton Removal Tool and reinstalling from Product CD and using LiveUpdate.  I was using a newer version that I believe was 2.3.0.9 until I had an issue with Intrusion Protection off in non-admin accounts.  I can update my virus definitions and it appears to me that Symantec has the program file updates off right now.  I am getting no errors and would like to know if I do have a problem or is the problem on Symantec's end.

Yes, i have run liveupdate few times and say that all programs and files are up to date.

Nothing!. It's solved automatically with live update. The problem is finished :)

Hi, i'm italian user, sorry for my english. I still have this problem, my version 2.0.0.242 don't upgrade to 2.3.0.9. i have already remove by norton removal tool and installed trial version, but i still have the first version. Help me please

Have you run LiveUpdate yet? Please be sure to do this to get all the product updates. Thanks!
