Receiving this message re: online backup: "There is a backup problem. Make sure the destination drive drive or device is connected and then try again."
LiveUpdate works fine (connected). My web browser is connected as well. I have room in the online storage. I switched from "auto" to "manual once a week" and it hasn't worked since. Easier if I can just schedule it to run when I can be sure all apps are closed and I'm not using it over night. Any suggestions?
