360 - Won't Let Me Log In

Windows 7. Norton 360 version 21.6.0.32.

360 looks like it is logging me in but then asks for my password again. I select:

1. Norton 360.

2. Identity Protected

3. Log In to Identity Safe

4. Get a box with the title 'Vault Closed' - has a box for me to enter my password.

5. Enter my password - 360 looks like it is going to log me in (looks the same as normal) then the password box re-appears.

5. 360 is updated, have reset my PC, if I enter the incorrect password it says I have entered the incorrect password (i.e.. the error is not me entering an incorrect password).

 

Any thoughts??
