現在ノートン360(自動更新)とノートンユーティリティ１６を使用していますが、
どちらもタスクマネージャーで確認したところ３２ｂｉｔ版でした。

とあり一部機能が６４ｂｉｔブラウザに対応していないようです。
今回ウインドウズ８．１ ６４ｂｉｔに変えたところブラウザもＦｉｒｅｆｏｘ ３２ｂｉｔ版のため一応動いていますが、本当にネイティブの６４ｂｉｔソフトのウイルスなどに対応しているのでしょうか。
電話サポートでは大丈夫だとのことでしたが上記のような機能制限があるとの説明はなく、６４ｂｉｔウインドウズでは３２ｂｉｔソフトもエミュレートで動作可能になっていることも知らなかったため不安が残ります。
また、６４ｂｉｔ版のノートン製品があれば教えていただけないでしょうか。
