8 years of relationship spoiled by norton

Dear Sir,

 I have been with norton since 2007. I used to purchase 3 to 5 licences every year and have been one of the most promising customer since then. On 3rd August I had some issues with pop ups for which i had to take remote access from norton. The executive spoiled my computer and since then my computer hangs, pdf files doesnt open, browser doesnt open at all. This happened during the remote access but i assumed that the browser windows are hanging because of slow internet. 

 

On 4th August, I called up customer care and they assured that I will be getting call as soon as possible and no one bothered to call up. They kept me hanging for many days. One day a supervisor connected to my computer, cleared cookies, ran norton utilities and then told that she cant do anything more and assured that she would arrange a follow up next day as may be she was in hurry. 

on 14 august, i called up norton and asked, they said that they called me but i disconnected the call. I can challenge you that I can prove that I didnt get any call. I am a customer of vodafone and I can get all the details of incoming calls to this number which can prove that I didnt receive any call from you. The supervisor promised that they will arrange a call on Monday (today) around 1 to 3pm and I called up at 4pm and connected to supervisor  who happens to be such with a fake american accent which irritated me. He was not ready to listen to anything at all and It made me so angry that I have him indecent bad words because I have been irritated since past 14 days.

 

Coming to the point, I asked for the refund and I am now leaving norton. Its nice to see how you value your customer who has been with you since past 8 years. I have invested in this relationship so much that I am emotionally attached to this product and many of my friends are too using it and they will be disconnecting it soon. I would be posting this on facebook, twitter and all the networking sites so that they dont do the mistake of purchasing norton anymore.

I ask the norton support to get back to me asap
