A fast set-up to block all network traffic and put all background tasks and Norton off

People, from Symantec.

 

Today is impossible to work without security programs, like yours (NIS - 360).

There are some works that need no interference from others programs, like video (bluray) edition on rendering.

If I remove the blue wire (no network) and disable the Norton, some background tasks still running and put my rendering job lost.

 

I would like some feature that block all network traffic (like old Norton version), disable all background tasks, and all features on Norton products. (maybe on the right click on the Norton Icon will be good)

 

This is import. There is some graphic card that I can not update without this. And other edition softwares that do not want interference. ( I will not write these names and companies ) .
