Hello Norton Community!
Here is a idea of a software that could help stop criminals a lot faster.
If there was a remote-controlled program in Norton that is controlled by people that have that kind of level at the company and that software would then read/scan the specific words that Tor browser and .onion addresses, that are then stored at a Norton server and when that person has searched some words that are horrible... at the tor browser about 10 times over a one month period, then there would popup a warning on Norton's command center, Norton could then look up the IP address. But how do we find that person if that person has a VPN or Tor?
Well, it is so that VPN or Tor goes through the ISP/tricks the ISP that it has another IP or from another country. But the remote-controlled program in Norton may well have its own IP address and port that it connects with. which is that connection can not be different. Then track up the router's IP address and make a geographical search on the router, to locate the criminal person. Everything can be done automatically. The only thing Norton need to do then is to alert the FBI or NSA of the criminal person. You want me to do a sketch in photoshop and a basic example of how it works so that you get an understanding of how it works? Is it something you'd be interested in? Would reduce the number of criminal pretty much and quickly. As it then would be know that Norton is always watching.
