I am not able to use google chrome because it does not work with norton family. I am currently using firefox, but this is not compatible with one of the schools websites that my child must use daily. also, now, all comp (MS windows 7 pro x64) accounts are blocked same as child account.
no activity showing on norton family site, also does not show that my child is even logged on.
(EDIT) also, concerning the Norton teams latest update about how blocking and safety has been intact through all this, that is not true, my child's computer has been competely accesible throughout much of this upgrade, I have not been able to monitor, let alone i have not even been able to log on to the norton site for about a week. Please, give REAL updates.
