I had a friend gave me a Norton 360 in July 2014 with activated key. And a bad thing happened when I installed the product in Sept 2014. Norton 360 did not accept the key and when I contacted a customer service, I was told the new policy had been applied on Aug 21st, 2014. They advised me to return the product.
In my opinion, it's not fair to the customer had bought the product before the date the policy applied. I am totally disappointed how Norton, the company I've trusted most, treat the customers like this.
We're living in the world that the business is somehow built up the trust from customers. In this case, Norton is not doing well. I am thinking to change the anti virus software to get a better service. I appreciate any one having the same situation want to share your opinion.
