A newer version of Norton SystemWorks Premier including its Norton Antivirus & Norton Save and Restore or a Subscription Renewal

I own a copy of your Norton SystemWorks Premier Edition and had it installed on my computer, along with its Norton Antivirus Program, and Norton Save and Restore on Windows XP and was told that I could not get a subscription renewal for it by  a person on Norton's Live Chat. I know that Norton will tell you that they do not support it any longer, but in the past when I've been told this, I've still managed to get a subscription after a long bout with live chat personnel and their supervisors. Just a couple of days ago, I was able to get these virus protection files updated on my Norton Antivirus Program that comes with Norton SystemWorks Premier when my subscription was still active. So it doesn't make sense that I can't pay for a subscription now. My problem is I now have Norton Security Premium installed on my computer and it will not give me the opportunity create a Recovery CD or USB Disk so that I can boot into a Restore a Backup for Norton Security Premium on my Windows XP Computer that I might be able to store on my external hard drive?

My problem could be solved if Norton still had a newer version of Norton SystemWorks Premier including its Norton Antivirus & Norton Save and Restore. I'm not sure if they still do?

I do not want to go back to my Old version of Norton SystemWorks Premier, uninstall it's Norton Antivirus Program, then install a copy of McAfee Antivirus Program or some other, but it looks like I may not have any other choice?

I'm not sure if even this would work? But I might have to try.

If it does work, I'll call it McAfee SystemWorks Premier, I'm just kidding.
