A Question and Requests Regarding Norton Security Software

Dear Norton LifeLock,

I have some requests as current paid subscriber to your ‘Norton 360 for Gamers’ software for Windows (Version 22.22.1.58) regarding certain Norton cybersecurity products. For instance, can you please add a new feature to all of your Norton 360 and Norton Safe Web browser extension software that blocks the display of all online billboard poster, pop-up, and video ads in both browser and non-browser software applications so that malicious ads cannot infect individual devices which use Norton software. Second, I kind of feel that online ads are very irritating and messy to my browsing experience, and they seem to drain the power of mobile devices too fast. Third, could you please add a stand-alone anti-track feature to your Norton Safe Web browser extension software, and can you please change your Norton Safe Web browser extension software so that it gives a name and description of threats it detects or blocks? Fourth, I have a question regarding Norton 360 software for Android which is, ‘Is there a feature of Norton 360 software for Android which describes and quarantines malicious files and apps?’ Now, in a final sense, I consider the proposed features which are mentioned above to be of high importance regarding the future of cybersecurity.

I have asked this thread be moved to the Product Suggestions board https://community.norton.com/forums/product-suggestions

Most ads and popups can be addressed/blocked by installing an ad blocker extension in your browser. Norton may not have this feature because there are enough options available already.

For your Android question. The only feature I can see that might give you information about detections would be the Activity Log. Tap on the three bars at the top left of the 360 Android screen, then tap on Settings > Activity Log. AFAIK, Norton does not quarantine anything. It just gets blocked/deleted.
