A real Person??

I just spent over 4 hours trying to speak to a real person about my Norton account.  I waited so long that both my cell phones went dead.

 

The number I called seeking account information was 1-800-745-6061 - at one time I was even given a "case number" .

 

How can I speak with an account representative without waiting for geologic time to pass??
