As the title says my issue is that I recently downloaded a program that had a virus (I got the message in the bottom right corner of my screen by my Norton 360 Preimier). But then my Norton 360 Premier got uninstalled and I had to redownload it again. I did a security check on my PC and all my hard drives everything seemed safe and I did any sort of things I could to make sure that. But then I went to check in my "Event Charts" or "Händelsediagram" in Swedish and it found a threat. But when I clicked "Show details" my security history pops up but it isn't there! And I don't know why. If anyone could tell my why this is then that'd be fantastic.
