Hi,
I have installed Norton Family on my Windows 10 laptop a few days ago, since Windows Safety didn't do what is was supposed to do. (It did not synchronize the set time limits after a Windows update anymore., I have therefore disabled it, also in the Taskplanner.)
But Norton Family is not working correctly either it seems.
I have created a schedule for each of my sons to be able to use the laptop for 1 hour a day between 9:00 and 21:30.
When the 1 hour is exceeded Norton Family, my sons can still login time after time. Yes, the account is locked every minute after the popup window appears, but providing his own pincode unlocks it again for another minute, until the next popup windows, etc , etc.
I was expecting this to happen for only the famous '6 minutes' but not the whole day!! He can log in with his pincode time after time and after some additional testing at 21:30 the account did not even get locked anymore!!!
This is not acceptable!
So please repair the following 2 bugs in this software:
1) After the timelimit has been exceeded, solve the bug that provides the possibility to relogin after the '6 minutes' feature, and change it to not being able to log in during the rest of the day.
2) Don't provide the possibilty to log in outside the set time periods.
I'm very disappointed that this company has not been able to provide a perfectly working solution for now.
Please let me know when these issues are solved, since these issues are very annoying.
