Mijn buurvrouw is opgenomen in een verzorgingstehuis. Nu kom ik erachter dat ze al jaren een Norton abonnement heeft. De laptop waar de software op draait, wordt al jaren niet meer gebruikt. Haar e-mailadres ook niet. Ik kan via support het abonnement niet stoppen/opzeggen. Weet iemand hoe ik dat wel kan?

The easiest way would be to cancel the credit card that is being used to pay for the renewals. But that will only work if a new card is not issued on that credit card account.
Someone in your neighbor’s family would need to try to get Norton Account login information from her. Then they could log in and cancel everything and remove the payment information.
Norton Support cannot help without the Account login details as a security measure against theft of the account.
