Today, I upgraded my firefox to v6.0, program reported that Norton Toolbar is incompatible with Firefox 6. In your forum, I found the topic "Update Available: Firefox 6.0 Compatibility Patch" , and I have followed all the steps.
The first time I run LiveUpdate, NIS requires restart, after that, I checked FF6 again, but it's still incompatible. Then I keep running LiveUpdate until there are no updates available, reboot my computer and run LiveUpdate again, just like your guide, and open FF6, nothing seems to change.
My system information : Windows 7 SP1, Firefox 6.0, Norton Internet Security 2011 v18.6.0.29 (latest version)
