About renew

I don’t want renew my norton subscription. I want my money back.

After 60 days, there is no refund available. You can cancel your subscription, but all that does is ensure the auto renewal does not renew the subscription. The subscription will still be valid until the expiry date.

 

just guessing but i think your towards end of current subscription period and may be getting renewal notice

if thats the case than you dont need to renew

if its past 60 days i believe is time than you will need to contact norton ( phone or other method) and request the refund and will need to provide receipt ( believe that right)
