I have installed Norton Safety Minder to family computers, for all users (including adults - with their consent!) Am really pleased with the way it's working but have a problem accessing online banking. I realise the software is designed for children's safety and as such not being able to access online banking would not normally be an issue. Despite adding the site address as an allowed site, still cannot get in. Computer is running Windows XP and IE7. Can access site on daughter's laptop which runs Windows Vista. Any suggestions as to how to solve this please?

I am having this same issue with my Norton Anti Virus 2010. I can not access my bank statements in a new window to print them. I can see the original website though. I have 2 banks that this problem happens with and one that it works just fine. I also got the grey screen when I tried to open a new link up from a Blue Cross Blue Shield Website. I am baffled! Please help!

I would have done it for you as I still need to keep the thread and check with user "Mum" on the issue.

What security product(s) do you have on the PCs? What security product do you have on your daughter's laptop, which doesn't experience the issue?
