Access URL using an ethernet connection

Issue abstract:I have a microsoft remotewebaccess domain. I can’t acess it if I’m connected to my ethernet connection. If I use my wifi connection or if I’m connected with Norton VPN I can access the address no problem.

I have tried any browser and I have the same issue.
I have changed the Network Trust to full trust for the ethernet connection but same issue.
I tried to disable Smart Firewall and still the same issue.

What error message do you see when you are not able to connect using Ethernet?

What changed on this computer that may have caused this issue?

What is the version of Norton 360 you have installed? Version 22.xx / 24.xx or older version?

Is there more than one user profile on the computer?

Have you reset the firewall, rebooted then retested?

Have you attempted to create a firewall rule to override what the firewall is blocking.

What shows in your Norton history regarding what is blocked? A screenshot would be great to review to assist better.
