Could anyone point me in the direction to find info on how I get vault on my mobile or how I access my vault account from a mobile device please?
I started a live chat with Norton and they told me to place a post here. They were actually very unhelpful.

The best place to get information about Identity safe on mobile devices is in the "Other Mobile Products" forum. I will suggest that your post is transferred there for better visibility. A stub will remain in this forum to help you find it, if you need to.
Where you go for the mobile component of Identity safe will in part depend on what your device is, so if you could tell us what your device is, and what the version of the operating system is, it would probably help others to give you the best advice.
If you have an Android device then you can get the mobile component from Google Play.
How best to advise you will also depend on whether you have already used Identity Safe on another computer and if you have already set up an online vault. So this information would also be helpful.
I will now leave it to others more experienced with Identity Safe to advise you.
