Accessing my account

Before I start I have tried over 20 times to get in touch with Norton Web Support page, every time I fill in all the details and submit/enter,  the complaint  text disappears and I start all over again, but I did wise up and  did a copy/paste of the message.. I wonder if the web page is actually supposed to work ????.

 

Then I tried the hang on the phone, only to receive "We are expereincing a long back log, blah,blah. I feel sorry for the only person employed by Nortons to handle phone  tech complaints. If Nortons' product are so good why the hugh back log of calls waiting to be answered.

Anyway my question/problem is..

 

I'm on a new computer as my previous PC was hit by a power surge right on Xmas and burnt out, the new computer has my Nortons from the previous PC and  was installed by a computer tech, I hard copied the details.

The system does scan, liveupdates etc, but what I can't do is get into account , I keep getting a pop up box Unable to proceed...try later,  about 50 times later, must be a record and still I can't get past the popup box.

The other reason I'm trying to get into my account is because for a few seconds Nortons poped up another box , something  about registering........ I missed it.

 

Maybe Nortons can get back to me...........
