Accidental deleted Norton back up computer

I atttempted to use Norton backup to restore my files to my computer after my hard drive had to be cleaned due to a virus.  I contacted the help Desk that stated that my backup computer had been accidently deleted.  I know tht this was a temp subscription but I have since purchased under my new business email address of a full subscription for back up. I desperately need to have the engineers see if they can recover the files for so that I can back up them to my account.

I found a post on here that stated that a ticket would need to be referred to an engineer for assistance.

Welcome,
I think we're going to need a bit more information before we can assist you. What is your operating system, which version of what Norton product are you using to make your backups, and what is the destination drive for those backups?

Thanks

I am using Window 7. I believe that I have the most recent version of Norton Backup. My destination drive was C:

Norton Version:Norton Online Backup Basic Edition- 5 GB

Hello

I've had Engineering locate the set and re-attach it to your account. You should now be able to access it and restore anything you need. You will not be able to backup to it any longer though.
