2. The product key you have stored in your Norton Account will work to activate a Windows system. If the device is a phone or tablet, you have a little more work to do. You need to log into your Norton Account from that device. So if you do not have physical access to the device, you are going to have to give your Norton Account credentials to the family member. Not ideal, but I found a work around for this. Go into your Norton Account and change the password to a temporary one you can give to the family member. Have them try signing into your Norton Account with your email address and the new/temporary password. That should activate the device again. Then you can go back into your Norton Account and change the password again so it is secure for you.
