In effect, Norton Android VPN was harrasing me for declined payments because I didn't realize I had automatic renewal set up and the old debit card information was no good. Now they've stolen from me because I opened a notification message and made a clumsy attempt to remove new debit card information from a list of every card I've ever used on Google Play Pay. Once I touched the card listed on the touchscreen, Norton used that as an excuse to debit my checking accounts. I couldn't reverse it. After contacting both Google and Norton through email I was refused a refund by both.
