Account Holder

I purchased my new norton 360 delux with 5 installs on it after 2 installs i went to my 3rd pc and tried to install again to be given a message that install has been used 5 times which it has not anyway went into my account and freed up 3 installs so i can send  it to another pc  which i have done but now when i enter that product code i get a message that the account for this product is wrong but i am the only holder on this account and if not how comes i have had 2 installs that worked
