I have 360 Deluxe for 5 devices. My account says all 5 have been used but I only have 3 devices (computers) in use with Norton 360 Deluxe. I want to put Norton on my mobile phone but when I try itt says no licences available!!!
Why can’t I just pick up a telephone and talk to someone and get a common sense solution quickly sorted on this problem???

Eventually got to talk to a human late 24 Aug but on the chat section. She took control of computer and did things (?) and she eventually clicked on the devices section and it showed 5 devices (when I logged in previously it only showed the 3 computers as active). I wanted to add a mobile phone but devices said all 5 devices used up. After she showed the 5 in use I still don’t know why one of them was showing active since I had previously clicked on the remove next to it. It was an old windows computer on XP that Norton said would no longer be supported years ago!!!. At least the mobile phone was showing as active subscription.
Yesterday 24 Aug had problems getting activation code on phone msg and eventually had red warning “LOG IN BLOCKED TOO MANY ATTEMPTS TO LOG IN TRY LATER” Now today 25 Aug am
and pm attempt to log in just shows the same TOO MANY ATTEMPTS SCREEN so still unable to log in to check account in spite of not being able to even try the log in because security code not being allowed to be sent to me sms.
bjm ref your last - thanks but find Norton a ridiculously complicated web page and how on earth do I find my conversation (this one) without scrolling through lots of others?
Yes would just like a telephone number - am in Devonshire in England UK.
Have lost faith in Norton ability to run a security system if this is how poor and complex they make their web site and community help section. I am involved in car club forums with many different sections that are so easy to find your way around so am not a complete computer illiterate.

Are you referring to Norton account 2FA enabled?
When I’ve tried Norton account 2FA enabled. I’ve always had problems.
When I was finally able to access my Norton account.
I disabled Norton account 2FA.
Note: my Norton account has no personally identifiable information nor billing information.
You’re voicing common comments amongst Norton users.
All has now been corrected. I was able to log in to Norton eventually and see that only the correct 4 devices were shown as having 360 and that only 4 out of 5 had been used.
Thanks for your help bjm. Help phone number now noted on my paper reminder list!
Thanks
bjm - thanks all your help. Sorry but do not understand what you are saying in your reference “account 2FA”. What is account 2FA?

Gave up trying myself on line. Phoned Norton and they did something at their end that sorted out the problem so was able to put new subscription on 3 devices and showing 4th available unused.
