Account subscripton not aligning

Greetings!

Im having an issue with my norton account with 360. The program shows my subscription as active, yet when i log into my account, it shows no subscriptions, no history. I changed my email address to my new active email, and also removed a device from my account (as im no longer using that device).

It may be possible that I have mistakenly created a second account, however my product is logged into the only account I can currently log into.

Any help / suggestions? I can provide more info if its required.
