the online account page that lists devices says there is a problem with this device and to go to the app to resolve it… the app says this device is protected. How do I know which is correct and clear the error on the online account devices page?

The Devices page of the Norton Account has been notorious for inaccurate or out dated information. The correct information is found on the My Subscriptions page. Find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses.
