Action Center Windows 7 says NIS is not turned on

Win 7 reports everything is turned off. I thought NIS 2010 supported W7. It’s 64bit and the Ultimate version.

Is this the final version of Windows 7 or one of the older beta ones?

It is the final from my Technet sub. And I’m sorry, but I just bought a subscription today and it said 365 earlier, but then it kicked back to 0. Not sure how that happened but tech support got my straightened out. All is as it should be - thanks!
