A scan I did a few weeks ago resulted in high risks including W32.Netsky.C@mm and JS.Downloader (no longer show up)...also Trojan.Lodear.B and C, Trojan.Ruspy!.doc, W32.Mixor.Q@mm, and Trojan.Tooso.L (these still show).
I ran Norton Power Eraser, and rescanned, and the threats seemed to be resolved. However, every time I turn on the PC, the "Action Required" pop up continues to display with these high risks.
I did a full system scan just this past Saturday, and it found and resolved 160 threats. This to me says that Norton no longer finds any threats on my PC, so why is the "Action Required" pop up still showing up?
Should I uninstall and reinstall Norton Internet Security? The problem with that is, I don't remember where I saved the program to install the software.
