Action required: Trojan.adh not removed: How to stop this notification?

Hi,

My Norton gives a pop up with Action required: Trojan.adh not removed. It's supposedly in a program that I've had for at least 1 year now, but it never gave any problems. So I don't think it is a real problem, but this notice started popping up a few days ago and it is very annoying.

 

Does anyone know how I can stop this notice from popping up on my screen? Or how to remove the so-called trojan.adh?

Hi Dave,

I've tried it. It found 2 'threats', but not the one Norton is warning me about. I've removed it anyway and rebooted the computer, but I still get the same message from Norton...

You may go to Security History and clear the logs for Unresolved Threats. Norton still keeping the track of those threats as unresolved and that's why you are still being prompted.
