Can you use a valid NIS key to activate Norton mobile?
Another option (which I use) is Norton One:
This provides the same multiplatform licensing (and lets you add new licenses as you need them), plus provides an extra level of support when you need it. I'm just finishing my first year with the service, and have been extremely happy.
More to your point, whether you went this way or with 360M-D, if you bought or renewed NIS recently, you might be able to get your purchase refunded to apply toward the product it sounds like you actually need.

Hi jimc28352.
Both smithy and DistEd2 are correct, as usual, but I would like to point out that you do not need any license to have an active Norton Mobile Security on your device. You can download the free (Lite) version Norton Mobile Security (NMS) or Norton Security antivirus as it is currently called in Google Play and that will give you basic protection. Also, if you register it (no license needed) the coverage is slightly improved. Obviously a paid, licensed, version gives you better cover but something is often better than nothing...
All the best.
