Hi.
Ive currently got an active subscription of 360 premium till 16 July 2013 and an active subscription of online backup till 11 Feb. 2013. This gives me 50Gb of online backup space.
Yet when I try to use this space I get the message setup of your online backup could not be completed at this time.
Im running windows 8 pro 64bit and have used the Norton remove and install program but still get this error.
Anyone know how I can fix this so I can use what ive paid for?
