So I've been running NF for half a year or so on my kids computers. This weekend I activated the time control settings. They're sitting in front of the computers too much...
I was prompted to login on their machines. Fine. And I check the web settings, I was there asked to select which account was connected to the machine. I did so and saved. And the settings worked, until the next day when the machine was restarted. Then I was prompted again. After every restart, a new login prompt. And when I check the web settings it says my kids are not protected.. until I AGAIN connect an account to the machine and Save.
It's the same on all their machines. (Three kids, three identical machines).
I talked to some (Indian?) guy on the online chat who could not help at all. First he wanted access to my admin account so he could log in to the machine "to set the time". What?? I said no, and explained the issue again, and then said that's how it is supposed to work, which I very much doubt. Are the kids really supposed to be able to circumvent the time control by rebooting the computer??
So I'm turning to you. Please advice?
