In January 2010 I purchased a 3-user Norton Internet Security pack at Office Max, which provided protection for 1 year for three computers. This January I purchased another three pack of NIS 2011, which is supposed to provide a year of protection. I did a clean install of Norton 2011 on my computer (i.e.., removed old 2010) but I still only have a few days of protection left. Shouldn't I receive the year promised in the 2011 NIS package?
