Issue abstract: I just purchased Norton for small business and it is supposed to include VPN, but I don’t see it and can’t figure out how to activate it. What am I missing?
Detailed description: I needed both Virus Protection and VPN for my small business. I purchased Norton - Small Business once I looked at the feature list and saw that VPN was included (screen shot below), then when I downloaded it, I do not see VPN and when I look at the subscription settings, VPN is not listed (see second screen shot below). So I have to download it separately? Is there some other additional step I need to complete to activate the VPN?
