Hi, I am new to this forum so please be gentle with me! I recently purchased Norton Internet Security 2011 Performance Pack.
The pack includes Disks for NIS 2011 and Norton Utilities v14. I have installed both onto the computer and the NIS is working fine. However, when I start my computer I get a dialogue box asking me to activate the NU. I have tried every number that came with disks and those printed on the manuals, but to no avail. The disk itself has a 32 digit product code, but even this is rejected, so I have as yet been unable to activate the product.
Can anyone advise me please?
