Activation error: Unable to Proceed. We were unable to complete activation of your upgraded product (1010)

I have the errors. (1010). Running Norton One on a laptop, Norton disappeared after installing windows 10. Reverted back to trial version, I installed I did a repair and fix and now I get the message (1010) error.
