I get error "8505, 129" when trying to register my product key in Norton 360. Already tried reinstalling using Norton Removal. Internet connection is working, not using a proxy server. Any ideas?

How many days showing for your subscription. Click on Support - Subscription Status to synch your computer with the Symantec subscription servers.
Do you now or have you ever had another security program on your computer? If so, you will have to remove it with the removal tool for that program.
