Activation of Identity Protection is a mess...disappointed in Norton Support

So a few weeks back I get the renewal message (we are on automatic renewal) as well as the announcement about the new LifeLock Identity Protection. I clicked the activate now expecting some conformation, but none ever came. "My Norton" account and product information shows nothing about the Identity Protection. I call Norton Support and they transfer me to LifeLock who have no clue who I am.

It seems the right hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. Very disappointed in Norton Support.
