Hi Dave, have done all you have suggested to no avail - went to Norton web support and didn't achieve anything with "Nathan" the 24/7 guru

Nathan is not very bright, don't waste your time with him.

 

Try typing in the number 2 nineteen times and verify that the next button really does become active.

Then when you put in your key you should be able to tell if your not really getting 19 charactures to show up.

 

If that doesn't help, I'll edit this post in a minute and give you the link to chat support with a real live human and not Nathan.

Tried the #2- no luck - NEXT key would not activate

Thanks Dave, did the live chat thing and had the problem of wrong (supplied) code rectified - all good now.
