I suggest you to contact the customer support team by using the following link.

They may be able to reset the activation limits of your product key.
Also, if you wish to get the support in spanish language ,use this link http://www.symantec.com/es/es/index.jsp
Hi andybase,
Can you please gave us more specific information? Did you install a trial version of Norton 360? Were you asked to type in your product key? Is your Norton product currently not running/disabled?
All you have to usually do for activation is type in your product key - in cases of installing a Norton product over a previous one of the same line, the product key is picked up automatically.
You can also check in your Norton account to see if you have used up an activation and how many activations are still remaining:

If you are having any technical problems when activating your Norton product (i.e. rejection of correct product key, wrong number of subscription days etc.), then you can chat for free with Symantec Customer Service.

I didn't activate Norton 360 upon installation. Is there any way I can do this now?
Hi andybase
It should ask each time you open it.
If it doesn't then try opening Norton 360. Go to My Account then renew subscription and enter product key
I have Norton 360 with three activations. I have already installed on two computers. It does validate on third computer. My account says that I have one activation left.
The best thing to do with any subscription issue is to explain the situation to customer service using chat. They will help you sort it out.
