Hello All, I purchased a laptop w/norton 2010 trial installed, and I received an activation code for a year of service w/my purchase. The trial expired, and during the course of my trying to find where to enter the code to sctivate the year, norton said "my subscription had expired, but another trial was availble". I Had started to download the trial before reealizing my code might not work on the 2011 trial version I was installing. Now it is not acceptin my code for renewal. Is there a way around this? Can i get 2010 back without any kind of install disk? Can Norton get me back to 2010? Your assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
