I setup new computers for my kids in December and have not had good luck getting their activity logged or sites and apps blocked consistently, even on their android phones and tablets. I know they are not disabling or uninstalling anything. The last time Norton reported anything is different for each one:
8 year old - 1/16/16
9 year old - 12/26/15
12 year old - 1/16/16
14 year old - 1/23/16
Virtual homework child - 1/16/16
These kids have multiple devices and are very active on them so none of these dates make any sense. I verified last night that my 14 year old's tablet still has Norton Family installed and enabled. There is just no way that all of them have somehow uninstalled or disabled it on every single device.
What do I need to do to troubleshoot this issue?
