Activity on portal updates after 2 days late

Hello,

 

I'm using Norton Online Family and Safety Minder plugin on my home PC (Windows 7 x32 Pro SP1, FF24 with Norton plugin, NIS as antivirus and firewall).

 

During last month or even more I've the issue with updating alerts and activity on Onlane Family portal. The issue is that I receives information after 2 days late. For example yesterday my son opened restricted site and sent me notification about it.

 

I received notification by email, but I didnt get any activities or alerts on NOF portal yet - there are still information from 28 of October.

 

Could you please help me with the problem.

Can you please send me  your Norton Family account email address by private message in the forum, so we can check into your account specifically?
