Activity reporting when laptop away from home

I have joint custody of my daughter and installed online family on her laptop whilst at my home. But when she uses her laptop at her mothers i do not get any activity reporting although i know she is on. Can you provide a solution to this?

Hi Katie, she was on last night but no reporting and she doesnot have admin rights (limited account) anyway it seems to be working ok now so maybe just a one off as it was only installed 36 hrs ago and this was first time used away from my house. Thanks Jon

Thanks for the update.  I'm glad to hear that it works now.  It normally takes a few minutes to show the activities on the Web activity page.
