BTW: Adaware and Spybot S&D didn’t catch it, either.
Hi jazzjunkysue
Were you able to send a sample to Symantec? That always the best way to deal with these things. If you send a sample than Symantec can write a removal tool.
isnt ad.yieldmanager.com a tracking cookie thing?
I'm trying to send it to them but I can't find any email address for Symantec. That's what my message says. Where can I send it?
If you give me an address, I'm trying to send it.
Use this link to submit the file you have -
https://submit.symantec.com/websubmit/retail.cgi
Once submitted you'll get an email with a 'Tracking' number in the subject line. Post that tracking number into this forum.
Thanks

Thankyou! I'll send the message at the top of this thread.
I guess there's some kind of diagnostic file I could send but I already ripped the thing out, so that wouldn't help, now.
