Hello KB_TAN. Add 5 members / devices to a current subscription? Your opening topic is very vague regarding what your actual issue is and what you are trying to ultimately get done.
If you have a subscription that has the 5 devices seats still available follow this guide:

Here are the subscriptions available on the US site: Norton 360 Deluxe will give you the extra 5 user licenses you need. Please make sure these are available in your region.

we found our current license is auto renew, and the order is closed.
our license is expiring on August 2024, can we request to buy additional 5 users in the current subscription.
You will need to purchase another 5 user subscription separately to give you the additional 5 user licenses. Norton support will not added those to your current subscription because there are only subscriptions for 1, 3, 5 and 10 devices in that order.

You would need a 10 user subscription plus a 5 user subscription. Contact Norton support and ask if they can combine all the seats ( licenses ) into a single subscription. I’m not sure whether the are allowed to or can.

From the Canadian Norton website the difference between the two is the number of devices you can protect and the amount of online storage for your Norton Backups.
The versions are all the same. None are newer.
