Add existing subscription to new PC where 360 is already installed

My 360 v4 subscription allows me to install it on 3 PCs.  Currently I only have it on 1.

 

My new laptop came with norton 360 v4 with a free liimited subscription which has now expired. I only seem to have an option to add a new subscription.  How can I add the laptop to my existing subscription?

The subscription hasn't expired, it's still working fine on the other machines.  It looks like I'll have to remove norton and reinstall it.  That's pretty messed up.

First, go to your Norton Account (http://www.mynortonaccount.com) and get the product key for your Norton 360 which have installations pending. Now, in your new laptop, start Norton 360. Click My Account and then click Renew Subscription. Enter the product key and complete the renewal procedure. Let us know the results.

If you  reinstall from a link we can give you that will give you the current version without a lot of major updating to do so i may be worth cleaning up anyway. Can you give us the Version ID of the Norton product that you are using -- Help or Support / About is where that is, in the format of nn.nn.nn.nnn
